A: Our minimum order number is 10.

Q: How to pay?

A: For start-up orders, balance should be paid before shipment; For big orders, L/C at sight and other flexible payment terms are available. And an deposit of 30-50% of total value should be paid upfront so that we can start preparing for bulk sock production.

Q: Can we design our own package?

A: Yes. The minimum quantity to order custom packaging is 1000 units.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: The delivery time for small packages is about 14-18 days. For large quantities of goods is 18-30 days, and there are several channels to choose from. Please refer to our shipping schedule for details.

SEA SHIPPING:

Sea shipping is the most economical way for international delivery, especially for bulk socks manufacturing.

LOGISTICS LINE:

Special logistics line (by air) to UK and USA while taking care of import tax and VAT; 14-16 days of delivery time.

TRAIN:

Train delivery to Europe and Middle-Asia. 1/3 delivery time of sea shipping, 1/4 delivery fee of air shipping.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

Fastest & Costly, we use express delivery to send samples and small amount of socks to clients for review or pre-marketing.
